Hi Chandra, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself

Born to the lower middle class without access to resources in India, my whole family lived on a $100 monthly budget. Despite the limitations, I am very proud of my career and very thankful to all who supported me during the journey, dad taught me hard work & determination and mom taught me empathy.

• I was a top ranker in my state with a $50M population in my 10+2 standard. I went to the top university (BITS, Pilani) in India where I learned the power of networking, I was cricket captain and was the only Telugu-speaking Andhra state player selected for my University Cricket TEAM.

• I went to Germany after graduation (the USA economy during 2000 was tanking) and found a job, companies don’t even talk to you if you don’t speak or understand the German language. Learned global culture & people.

• Came to the United States from Germany and got a Technical Leader opportunity at Perot Systems (Dell acquired Perot).

• An accelerated career with leadership roles at World’s top companies – Charles Schwab, Thomson Reuters, Dell, Vistra Energy, Cap Gemini, and Unisys.

• In my recent role, exceeded expectations as a Global Vice President, Technology at a ~$2B Org with a $350M business P&L, and 2000+ Org.
