Let’s dig deeper into the Oz Principle - the most impactful business leadership RESULTS framework. When I was a Managing Director 6 years back, my boss SVP @Fortune 500 invested in educating us on a Leadership framework that I practice daily.
Summary: Experiences form beliefs, beliefs drive actions, and actions produce results. Most managers & new leaders only work the top two layers Actions & Results, ignoring the bottom two layers Experiences & Beliefs.
